The Fellowship is both a structured program and an organic unfolding - a living laboratory where personal development and professional growth happen through the simple yet profound act of living together with intention. You'll receive ongoing support for your projects, your professional development, and whatever you're creating or wanting to develop in your life. As with everything we do here at El Juego, much of what will emerge during this program will be a surprise for us too - shaped by the unique alchemy of this particular group, the land, the season, and the countless moments of choice that arise when people commit to showing up authentically. You will have the opportunity to organize with your group the ingredients you want to cook with. We provide a weekly budget so you can choose what you want to eat.

Nearest Airport Jose Maria Cordoba in Rionegro Antioquia From there, we can provide transport information such as bus and private taxi to the town San Rafael.. Once you are in the town, we'll organize transport to pick up all the group.
