Home With-In is a retreat series by Nalaya Retreats, inspired by the inner home we carry within. Rooted in a four-phase methodology of transformation—Lead, Salt, Sulfur, and Gold—drawn from Carl Jung’s symbolic and psychological work, each stage marks a vital moment of inner change. This retreat centers on Lead—the phase of unveiling. Lead represents what is hidden: the weight we carry, what we avoid seeing, the silent patterns, emotional blocks, and inner tensions that quietly shape our lives. This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating a safe space to witness and hold what has remained unseen. As clarity emerges, the inner system begins to reorganize, and transformation moves from concept into lived experience.

What's Included

Accommodation with a two-night stay , shared with private bathroom. It includes a diet based on light and nutritious meals that support the work with ancestral medicine, a detox-oriented eating plan, constant hydration, and herbal teas available throughout the stay. The ceremonial experience includes the administration of a psilocybe species under expert protocols and safety criteria, guidance and containment by a highly experienced ceremonial team, a subsequent integration circle, and emotional support before, during, and after the experience for a period of 30 days. During the retreat, daily practices include music therapy, focused meditation, conscious breathing, yoga, grounding and reflection sessions, group connection circles, and immersion in cold water in the river. Creative and emotional exploration is worked on through art therapy guided by specialists , with included supplies and tools for emotional clarity and self-expression.
