“I have been blessed to attend several Retreats and dozens of events with Ramona at Authentic Life Journey, and every one of those experiences has been amazing! Each was profoundly relaxing, rejuvenating for my body and Spirit, and revelatory in the awareness that came as a result! Ramona has a gift for creating and sharing Sacred Space to allow healing to occur, and is deeply connected to divine guidance which results in the highest quality experiences for every participant. I highly recommend her as an experienced teacher, facilitator and guide for anyone who is ready to heal, grow, and live their best life.” - SU S. - “Ramona's coaching program is truly transformational. Before working with Ramona, I desperately needed a change in my life. I had a lot of ideas but no true sense of direction. I was stuck. Ramona's intuitive guidance and transformative mindfulness techniques gave me the clarity I needed to align with my purpose and manifest the life I always wanted. I am infinitely grateful to Ramona for guiding me through this remarkable transformation - my Authentic Life Journey!” - Paige F. - “I've been working with Ramona for over a year now doing her Mindfulness Coaching Program. When I met Ramona, I was completely stuck in my life -- paralyzed by the fear of choosing myself over what society says I should. She helped me realize that choosing myself isn't selfish --- It's brave....it's authentic. I am now on the path to living my "authentic life journey!"
