Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

Due to our financial obligations to our venue and vendors, no refunds for any package will be given if cancelled within 60 days of retreat. If packages are sold out, a waiting list will be created and available seats will be offered to the waiting list before seat is made available to the public. If we are able to fill your seat from the waiting list, you will receive a full refund of your package minus a $75 admin fee to cover processing fees. If we cannot fill your seat and no refund is available, 50% of retreat package can be credited toward a future retreat with Dr. Basu Ray within 2 years.
