Day 3: Performance and Recovery - 6:30 AM: Morning yoga. - 10:00 AM: Underwater performance training (pool). - 12:00 PM: Theory on safety, rescue, and pranayama. - 3:30 PM: Ice bath and sauna session at a local spa. Day 4: Day 2 Freediving - 6:30 AM: Morning yoga and breakfast. - 9:00 AM: Open water training at Sail Rock. - 4:00 PM: Relaxation at the resort. Day 5: Static Apnea and Hiking - 9:00 AM: Theory and pool training on static apnea. - 2:30 PM: Scenic hike to a local waterfall. Day 6: Fun Dive at Koh Tao - 6:30 AM: Morning yoga and breakfast. - 10:00 AM: Fun diving session at Koh Tao. - 7:00 PM: Group dinner. Day 7: Transformation and Farewell - 10:00 AM: Breathwork and ice bath workshop. - 4:00 PM: Certification ceremony and farewell dinner. Fly into Samui Airport (USM), which offers regular connections from Bangkok and other major hubs. We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off from the airport or anywhere on Koh Samui, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure. - Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, but your booking may be transferable to a future retreat, subject to availability. - If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a later date.
