Itinerary

Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to support deep rest, inner exploration, and embodiment. Mornings begin with intuitive yoga or meditation at 8:00 AM, followed by a nourishing farm-to-table breakfast at 9:30 AM. Throughout the day, you'll engage in a blend of workshops, sacred plant ceremonies, guided integration, and time for reflection in nature. Lunch is served at 12:30 PM, offering delicious, locally sourced meals to support your inner journey. Afternoons include sharing circles, breathwork, and embodiment practices, as well as spaciousness for solitude, journaling, or connecting in the sacred land around you. Dinner is served at 7:30 PM, often followed by serene evenings or ceremonial experiences under the stars. Our approach honors natural rhythms, allowing for both depth and softness. Two key sacred plant ceremonies are held during the week, woven into the retreat with care, intention, and guidance.
