ROSE BARN is a pretty barn conversion that sleeps 5 people (sixth possible) in 2 bedrooms and has access to a heated outdoor pool and beautiful gardens. LAVENDER HOUSE is a traditional limestone house that sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and has a private garden with decked pergola. With plush and soothing sleeping arrangements, fully equipped kitchens, comfort is at the heart of your stay. You'll find the ideal space here for an inspiring retreat. Private parking, stunning landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere ensure a seamless experience.

Owners live in a separate building on the property and are available 24​/​7 in case of emergency and from 8 am to 10 pm every day should non-emergency issues arise.

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday is required with payment via bank transfer where the booking is more than 8 weeks away. For bookings within the 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount is payable. The deposit for short breaks will be agreed at the time of booking. Cancellations: All cancellations must be immediately notified by telephone and then in writing. During high season (July and August), canceling a holiday more than six weeks before the start date results in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to the holiday, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
