Walking Trips: Explore the stunning surroundings of Rydal Water and the Lake District with two guided walks. One to the beautiful Rydal caves nearby and another to the village of Grasmere and an optional extended walk to Easdale Tarn. Seasonal Vegetarian Meals: Enjoy nourishing, wholesome meals prepared with care, inspired by seasonal produce, and catering to all dietary needs. Friday 4.00 pm - Arrival 5.15 pm - Welcome and intros, pranayama, and hatha yoga class 6.45 pm - Dinner in the restaurant 8.30 pm - Yoga Nidra for calm and relaxation Saturday 7.30 am -Sunrise yoga and meditation 8.45 am - Breakfast in the restaurant 10.00 am - A day's hike to Grasmere & Easedale Tarn 1.00 pm - Outdoor lunch, optional wild swim 4.00 pm - Return to Nab Cottage and free time: perhaps relax in the Yoga space, take a stroll in peaceful surroundings, or enjoy a massage or some time in the wood-fired sauna or hot tub. 6.45 pm - Nourishing Restorative Yoga 7.30 pm - Dinner in the restaurant 8.45 pm - Yoga Nidra to unwind and let go Sunday 7.30 am - Sunrise yoga and meditation 8.45 am - Breakfast in the restaurant 10.00 am - Check out from rooms 11.00 am - Walk around Rydal Water 2.00 pm - Retreat finishes

How to get there (if applicable)
We are under 2 hours by taxi from Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds/Bradford, Blackpool and Newcastle airports. We can arrange taxi collections. There are also direct train connections from all these airports to Windermere, our local station. Nab cottage has parking and is easy to arrive at by road

Cancellations less than three months before the retreat arrival date are not entitled to a refund. Cancellations between three and five months before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a 25% refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations more than five months before the retreat arrival date are entitled to a full refund, minus the deposit.
