This will be the second InnerTreat. The first one was exactly that what each of us as an individual needed and more. We bonded and became lifelong friends, we laughed, we cried and yes we argued! I truly felt so blessed to have such a small group of truly amazing souls for my very first InnerTreat. The reviews they wrote say it all, but if I have to recap it then I can say that the experience of being in such a quiet, magical space amongst the animals alone is a truly magical experience. The daily sunrises and sunsets are just incredible. The old house is basic but homely and holds you in a warm hug. The spiritual work is a journey to behold, there is no knowing exactly what will unfold, I lead you in depth through each of your energy centres where you connect with you infant self, inner child, young maiden, woman, wise one, grandmother sage and ascended self. These experiences may connect you with experiences from past lives that need clearing or acknowledgment. All these gatherings occur in a space where you will be held and safe. I combine the daily meditations and teachings with a restorative yoga practice to help you integrate, balance and heal as you go along this very in-depth journey through your energy centres. The walks amongst the animals and the gentle movement and restorative yoga help to integrate those experiences on a soul level and drop them into the physical. Sitting around the kitchen table helping prepare meals is an ancient art that is lost. Sitting together talking and doing craft is such a tonic for the soul. Itinerary

I have tried before to make a schedule, it doesn't really work!! Basically its like this; I play the native flute at sunrise, we have a drink of your choice while we watch the sunrise, we sing a mantra or do a morning meditation, we do either yoga or some teachings, we eat, we have the main meditation, we have quiet reflection time, we may go for a bush walk or drive, we do some crafting, we prepare food and eat again, we may end the day with a sound healing. The days are not all the same, there will be days where we do outings. I will brief everyone the night before of what the next day will bring, this way I allow for guidance to come to me as to what it is we most need. the teachings and sharing, yoga and seven step journey are all set, we leave room for change and growth and I follow guidance to let the journey unfold the way it is meant to, for the highest good of all.
