A full refund (excluding any travel or accommodation costs already booked on your behalf) is available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat​/​session date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. If travel or accommodation has already been arranged by me, those costs are non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs. I’ll always do my best to work with you if unexpected circumstances arise, but this policy helps me honour the time, energy, and arrangements that go into creating these experiences.
