Blisstopia Retreats offers a unique, premier venue to rent to host your retreat in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona. The space offers a special blend of wellness, spirituality, and community, with retreats designed to balance these elements. The retreats are limited to 17 guests (17 beds), ensuring an intimate and nurturing environment. The retreats include accommodations, daily yoga and meditation, workshops, breathwork, fitness, hiking, wellness practices, and nourishing meals. Some retreats may also offer optional add-ons such as private healing sessions or excursions. Blisstopia Retreats team offers a few retreats each year. The retreats are led by experienced wellness professionals, & onsite hosts Mark and Lana Royce, who have over 75 years of combined experience. Blisstopia Retreats is committed to providing a refined, all-inclusive retreat experience tailored for those seeking serenity, sophistication, and transformation.

What makes this property lovable!

Situated at the base of the Sunrise Mountain Preserve in Peoria, Arizona (with hiking trails right outside the gate), this special place has a vortex energy that rivals and even surpasses the energy of Sedona. With all of the amenities of a resort for your enjoyment, but without other guests coming and going. Private, off grid, 2.5 acres of secluded space to just BE. Add in things like a fully supplied yoga studio, infrared sauna, sand and stone labyrinth, amazing fire pit, wildlife everywhere, and our chickens for fresh free range eggs. This place is truly a ONE of a Kind!

What parts of the property are accessible to retreat guests?

All access except the casita (owners home - separate from the villa) the RV garage, and the parking area for the casita. Everything else is available to enjoy

Any special instructions for the retreat guests to be aware of?

No smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property. We prefer no alcohol, with the exception of a glass of wine or 2 max No children allowed (18+ only)

To Secure dates for your retreat or event – a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. A monthly or bi-monthly payment plan may be set up for you to pay your balance. If canceled more than 180 days from retreat date = full refund of any additional payments collected less deposit. If cancelled 179 days or less No Refunds
