Ayahuasca Retreats in the Sacred Valley of Peru
In Peru's Sacred Valley, where ancient mountains meet living tradition, we offer plant medicine retreats that invite you home—to yourself, to the earth, and to a deeper sense of belonging. Our retreats span 3, 5, or 7 days, allowing you to work with sacred plant medicines at a pace that honors your own process. In this sanctuary held by experienced guides, ceremony becomes a space of gentle revelation, where the medicine meets you exactly where you are. When you're ready, reach out. We're here to answer questions and help you discern if this path calls to you. About The Guides: Dr. Heather Paulson A bridge between worlds, Heather walks the path of both modern medicine and ancestral wisdom. As a retired functional and integrative oncology physician, she carries 13 years of training with a Cherokee Medicine Man and a year immersed in Amazon Medicine Traditions, assisting in over 100 ceremonies. She teaches yoga and meditation for over two decades and practices Pranic Healing and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. In ceremony, Heather holds space with quiet confidence and deep reverence, honoring each person's sovereign path. Her presence creates a sanctuary where you feel safe to unfold at your own pace. Nicolas Dalbesio When Nicolas brings his hands to his instruments, what emerges is an invitation to remember. Through guitar, drums, flutes, and rattles, he carries the medicine of the Amazon Jungle and Sacred Valley Apus. For over eight years, he has studied and supported ceremonies in both Shipibo and Mestizo traditions. His music serves as a bridge between worlds seen and unseen, between ancient wisdom and present healing. With humble confidence and deep respect for tradition, Nicolas offers his gifts not to impress but to connect, helping you reconnect with the healing potential that resides within.

In the ceremony at Hampuy House I felt very safe and at home. I could take up the space I needed for my process. It was very individual. What I needed or experienced during the ceremony was well held in that space. Mariet Cartuyvels, Belgium The ceremony was something special, I learned a lot of things about nature and about myself. I feel a lot of love.It was an experience I won't forget. I recommend everyone who wants to do it, that they do it. Zoran, Czech Republic The ceremony at Hampuy was the most beautiful and powerful one I have ever experienced, even compared to doing ceremonies during a Dieta in the jungle! I am sooo grateful to both Heather and Nico for holding a loving, gentle and safe space to work with visionary medicine. If this is your first time, 2nd time or you are looking for a new Ayuhuacero, I highly recommend Nico and Heather! They are loving and kind people. Dr. Nikki Patel, USA The way Heather and Nico hosted the ceremony and worked together, with the group, and solo was pure sunshine for my soul. The icaros and music helped ground me during some very challenging moments. I liked how you checked on people if needed and then instructed them to work within. Very powerful. Thank you. The icaros/music, and moving around the room and even some of the sounds really helped ground me during some very challenging moments. I liked how you guys checked on people if needed and then instructed them to work within. Very powerful. I saw Nico as a Saint (many different saints) and was shown this is the same concept as Buddha. I saw Heather as an angel with stunning white wings peaking up over her head and coming down to the ground behind her back. The way you two hosted the ceremony and worked together, with the group, and solo was pure sunshine for my soul. Thank you. Esteban Casco, Argentina I had the privilege of spending a week with Heather and Nico in Peru for a Bobinsana Dieta, an experience that left a lasting impression on us. Throughout our stay, Heather and Nico treated us with the utmost love and care. Their kindness felt completely sincere and genuine, coming straight from their hearts. We always felt welcome and supported, and their compassion made a profound difference in our experience. The treatment we received was given with kindness, compassion and love, but also very safe. We felt comfortable knowing that our well being was their priority. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Heather and Nico, their expertise, and their wonderful place to anyone seeking healing and support. Violeta Berzinsky, NY, USA This was the best experience I have ever had. Nico the master of ceremony is a real shaman, a nice person, and a brother. He has excellent knowledge about organizing ceremonies and gives 100%of his energy transforming that to his amazing music. Respect brother for what you have given me in this ceremony ❤️I recommend from the bottom of my heart every one who is looking for deep understanding of real and unreal mind and real self. He is the best🙏🙏❤️ Aria I was a bit anxious going into the ceremony but Nico and Heather made my experience very relaxing and overall much better than I anticipated. During my journey I was constantly led by their voice and the songs. The songs pushed me through my fears and I was able to resolve many internal issues. Our ceremony was private and we had an opportunity to befriend Heather and Nico prior as we were staying at the Hampuy House for a few days. I believe that the established trust made our experience much more enjoyable. N.S., Toronto, CA I’ve had a great ceremonial experience. I felt very secure with Heather and Nicolas which was very important to me as that was my first ceremony. That gave me room to fully experience and receive the help the plant provided. I now have a lot to process and am thankful for the new point of view the ceremony gave me on my life situation. Heather and Nico provided an amazing atmosphere for the ceremony. They sang and played music to help navigating the process which was not only from great help but also very impressive. Anonymous Guest
