Seasonal Mediterranean meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The food is simple, nourishing, and aligned with the retreat’s emphasis on grounding and mindful presence. Vegetarian, pescatarian, and certain dietary accommodations are available upon request.

How to get there (if applicable)

Guests should fly into Lamezia Terme International Airport (SUF), approximately one hour from the retreat location. Most international travelers connect via Rome (FCO) or Milan (MXP). Airport pick-up and drop-off are provided for all participants.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund of all payments made toward the balance. Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable. Participants may request to transfer their place to another person or receive a credit toward a future retreat, subject to written approval. If the retreat is cancelled due to force majeure, a full refund or credit will be offered. Travel and personal expenses cannot be refunded.
