Itinerary

Each day blends structured acting training with mindful grounding and reflective practice. Mornings begin with embodiment and presence work, followed by scene study, character exploration, and emotional connection sessions guided directly by Howard Fine. Afternoons include individual and partner exercises, script analysis, and somatic practices designed to strengthen emotional truth and spontaneity. Evenings alternate between group discussions, Q&A with Howard, reflective journaling, and community meals. Throughout the retreat, participants will also enjoy gentle walks around the farm, shared connection circles, and culturally rooted experiences in the Calabrian countryside.

Villa Vittoria prepares traditional Calabrian farm-to-table meals using ingredients grown directly on the property—fresh vegetables, local olive oil, citrus, and regional specialities. Meals are homemade by Nonna Vittoria and served family-style. Vegetarian options can be accommodated upon request.

How to get there (if applicable)

The closest airport is Lamezia Terme International Airport (SUF), approximately 1 hour from the venue. Participants can reach Villa Vittoria by private transfer, rental car, or taxi service. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided after registration.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat receive a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable due to the intimate nature of the experience and limited capacity. If a participant is unable to attend, their booking may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future retreat upon approval. Travel costs and personal expenses are not refundable.
