What makes this property lovable!

Our stay was simply spectacular !!! The house was always spotless and very well maintained, with top-notch service. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The views of the ocean and jungle are dreamy !! And waking up to the sounds of nature and wildlife was truly magical. ✨ The beach is just 3 minutes away, making everything super easy and convenient. Evi was always attentive to everything, which made the experience even better 🙌. I can’t wait to come back soon and will definitely recommend it!!

Standard rate need to be granted with 50 % of deposit to book the dates. The remain 50 % must be paid 60 days before the arrival. Before 60 days cancelation is free after this a 50 % of the reservation will be charged. If 100 % Prepaid and non Refundable rate with 10 % will be apllied.

The home is very nice, private and spacious for family of four or a few couples. Very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom. For the price, it would have been nice to have bottled water and maybe creamer for the coffee that was provided, but you will have to go to the market for your essentials. If the driveway wasn’t treacherous you could walk, although it is a long walk and the driveway is steep in some parts, better to have a quad, scooter or car to get around. Once at the main road it is relatively close to Playa Carmen and about 3 miles to Santa Theresa. Also within 2 miles south is your fishing charters if that’s your thing.
