Over four restorative nights, you’ll be guided through mindful movement, ancient wisdom systems, modern longevity practices, experiential nutrition with all organic ingredients, meditation, and sound healing —all in a supportive, intimate group setting. Thursday: Arrival and opening circle - Arrival after 17:00 - Welcome, settle in, and ground into the space - Meet your retreat hosts and fellow participants - Evening tea and light snacks - Gentle opening circle and intention-setting - A soft landing into rest, connection, and presence Friday: Discovering your elemental blueprint - 07:00 - Early morning mindful movement - 08:00 - Light breakfast - 09:00 - 11:00 - The elemental system and your “secret formula” - An in-depth exploration of your unique elemental makeup, weaving together traditional herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and cross-cultural ancient wisdom systems; learn how your personal composition influences energy, digestion, mood, and vitality, and how to work with it instead of against it - 12:00 - Light lunch - 14:00 - 16:00 - Workbook-assisted reflection - 16:30 - Light dinner - 19:00 - Sound healing and guided meditation Saturday: Practices for longevity and vitality - 07:00 - Early morning movement Intermittent fasting day (no breakfast) - Participants will be guided through a gentle, supported fasting experience - 09:00 - Practices that support vitality - This session bridges modern research with intuitive body wisdom; learn about intermittent fasting, cold exposure, and heat therapy (i.e., cold plunges, saunas, etc.), autophagy and metabolic health, and scientifically supported longevity strategies - 12:00 - Light lunch - 14:00 - Optional nature hike - 16:30 - Light dinner - 19:00 - Sound healing and guided meditation Sunday: Integrating flavor, balance, and daily life - 07:00 - Breathwork for vitality - 08:00 - Light breakfast - 09:00 - The five flavors and the body - This will be an experiential workshop exploring how taste impacts health; participants will sample spices and foods corresponding to each element to understand how flavors affect digestion and energy, emotional and physiological responses, and how to balance your elemental system through everyday food choices - 12:00 - Light lunch - 14:00 - 16:00 - Integration question and answer: Bringing it home - A practical, conversational session focused on making wellness simple and sustainable; one-day-at-a-time lifestyle shifts; and personalized questions and real-world application - 16:30 - Light dinner - 19:00 - Closing sound healing and guided meditation Monday - Departure - 07:00 - Light breakfast - By 11:00 - Checkout and departures

How to get there (if applicable)

Denver International Airport (DEN) is the primary major airport serving the region and is located approximately 60 to 75 minutes from the retreat location. Guests may reach the property using rental cars, shuttle services, or rideshare options. Many visitors choose to rent a car at DEN for the most convenient and flexible travel experience. Fort Collins–Loveland Municipal Airport (FNL) is located approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the retreat location, making it a convenient arrival option for guests. While airport transfers are not provided, visitors can easily reach the property via rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, as well as local taxi services. Rental cars are also readily available at nearby airports for those who prefer additional flexibility during their stay.

- A minimum of 5 participants are required. - The deadline to meet minimum attendance: July 25, 2026 - $100 deposit is non-refundable and applied toward total cost but if the minimum attendance is not met, you will receive the remainder of your investment back. - Full refund (-$100 deposit) issued upon request up to 30 days up to the event start date.
