Itinerary

This retreat is all about move, nourish and restore. Movement through Pilates, meditation, soundhealing and grounding practices, nourishment through beautifull vegetarian meals & fresh juices, nature and space through guided walks, space to breath, open landscape & ancient olive groves, resoration through our beautifull salt water pool, sunset evenings and optional massages. All of this in our beautifully restored Quinta, soft luxury in the heart of rural Portugal

What's Included

3 days 2 nights all-inclusive in our quinta, saltwater pool, 3 daily vegetarian meals ( please let us know before the retreat begins if you have and food allergies!), pilates, meditation sessions, soundhealing and Yoga equipement (mats, blocks, blankets & bolsters) All you need to bring is yourself!

What's Not Included

Travel & Health Insurance responsibility & flight tickets. Massages can be booked at an additional cost during this retreat. We can arrange to collect guests from Lisbon or Porto airport at an additional cost.

3 daily vegetarian meals, non- alcoholic drinks and snacks

How to get there (if applicable)

You can book a flight. For an additional fee we can come to pick guests up from the Porto or Lisbon airport

Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

We request a downpayment of 10%. The downpayment is non refundable. If the participant cancels more than 12 weeks before the event they receive a full refund of the money paid, minus the downpayment. In case the participant cancels 6 to 12 weeks before the event, they will receive a refund of 50% of the money paid, minus the downpayment. 6 Weeks before the event cancelation receiver to refund. Refunds will be paid within 14 days after cancelling and only for the amount already paid.
