Morning meditation, 60 minutes Hatha yoga, and nature connection. 2 hour programme x 2 or 3 times daily of energizing and uplifting voice practices, singing, sounding, chanting. Teaching around Voice Empowerment and Spiritual development. Simple qigong, and energy healing work. Time to rest, integrate, and journal. Guided nature connection journeying. Special occurrences of sauna,visioning practices, and manifestation work 10:15 AM - Finding your authentic voice 11:30 AM - Tea break 12:00 AM - Deep intention circle ritual with song or guided questions and journal prompts 1:00 PM - Lunch 2:00 PM - Nature connection and journalling 3:00 PM - Deepening your connection to your voice or nature journey experience 5:00 PM - Chi gung 6:00 PM - Dinner 7:30 AM - Meditation and stretches 7:30 PM - Evening cacao ceremony or Song circle 8:30 AM - Breakfast 9:15 AM - Chakra balancing with the voice, chanting

How to get there (if applicable)

This stunning location is on the edge of the Tararua Mountain Range, and the National Park. Strathean Retreat Centre has been used for meditation and healing for over 100 years. It is easily accessible by road from anywhere in the North Island NZ and by Ferry ​/​ Plane and Train to the nearby Waikanae Train station. Amidst its stunning Nature you will fully inhabit the true power of your Voice. Sauna is available and wild river swimming and woodlands are on offer nearby. The food is out of this world! There will also be time and space in this Spring Song Healing Retreat to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.
