La Joya Sayulita is a boutique beachfront retreat hotel featuring 12 bungalows and two 3-bedroom villas, available for exclusive buyouts of approximately 20–35 guests. A full-property buyout offers complete privacy and exclusivity, making it an ideal setting for executive retreats and leadership gatherings. Guests enjoy unique culinary experiences at Tekuamana, our chef’s table concept showcasing local ingredients, house-made fermentations, and Mexican natural wines. The destination also combines wellness with team-building through surf, jungle, and beach experiences. We currently offer attractive low-season buyout rates and have immediate availability for select fall dates.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat: You will receive a credit for the amount you have already paid. A 5% fee of the total booking value will be deducted. This credit can be used within 1 year, depending on availability. You can use it for another group retreat or a personal stay.
