This fully residential Yoga Alliance RYS-300 programme is designed for certified 200-hour yoga teachers who are ready to deepen their practice, refine their teaching methodology, and develop greater confidence as professional educators. Rooted in the Himalayan tradition and led by Yogacharya Lalit alongside an experienced international faculty, the training explores advanced Hatha Yoga, precision-based alignment, Vinyasa methodology, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, Ayurveda, anatomy, sequencing, adjustments, ethics, communication, and professional development. Students receive direct mentorship, supervised teaching practicums, comprehensive course materials, residential accommodation, and daily vegetarian meals in a supportive learning environment near Arambol Beach, Goa. Three nourishing vegetarian meals are provided daily throughout the programme. Meals are freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients to support intensive yoga practice and study. Vegan and other dietary requirements can generally be accommodated with prior notice, helping students maintain energy and focus during the training.

How to get there (if applicable)

The training takes place at Alaya Wellbeing by Himalaya Yoga Valley in Paliem, Arambol, North Goa, India. Nearest Airports Manohar International Airport (GOX): Approximately 35–45 minutes by taxi. Goa International Airport (GOI – Dabolim): Approximately 90 minutes by taxi. Detailed arrival instructions are provided after enrolment, and airport transfers can be arranged on request. The campus is located in the peaceful hills near Arambol Beach, offering an ideal setting for immersive study and practice.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in the 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided after booking. If you need to cancel your booking, deposits are generally non-refundable. Depending on the notice provided and availability, your payment may be transferred to a future Alaya Wellbeing by Himalaya Yoga Valley teacher training, subject to approval. In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the programme, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future training or a refund in accordance with the official booking terms.
