The property's scenic meadows, mountain overlooks, and picturesque backdrops are available for photography, allowing guests to fully experience the beauty and privacy of The Copper Lodge throughout their event.

Times of contact in case of any issues?

Our event manager is available from 8am-6pm for non-emergency issues. Someone is available 24 hours a day for emergency issues.

Any special instructions for the retreat guests to be aware of?

We are situated in the mountains of Colorado. Wildlife abounds here - including bears and mountain lions. Exercise caution and due diligence when walking outdoors and keep a safe distance from all wildlife.

More than 180 days before arrival: Deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. 91–180 days before arrival: 50% of all payments made will be refunded. 90 days or less before arrival: All payments are non-refundable.
