Hi there, I'm an acupuncturist that utilizes unique training with a specialty in acute​/​chronic​/​complex pain and somatically-expressed stress holding patterns. I have the reputation of clearing patients' healthcare complaints very quickly. My focus is in treating the body and the mind-body connection with an integrative approach. I've been trained under some of the world's best teachers and have my own clinic running in Eugene, Oregon. I practice several styles of acupuncture, electrostim acupuncture, fire cupping, gua sha, herbs, and bodywork. I also am experienced with suggesting dietary needs in the form of Culinary Medicine based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theories all the while keeping in line with patients' favorite flavors, culturally essential ingredients, and metabolic needs. I'm also a former chef and enjoy teaching clients how to cook meals to benefit their health. I also have completed training in Classical Homeopathy. I'm considered to be professional yet very easygoing. I do have experience as being the private chef for a world renowned spiritual health retreat center for several years and can provide those details as well as other information about my motivations and intentions behind my private practice. I've lived a live as a professional patient as well as a practitioner and use my life experiences to guide my treatment sessions with each person. I take everything case by case but I'm very understanding about life's pressures and I have yet to charge anyone a cancellation fee! It's not very often that people cancel on me as I'm not easy to get into due to patient demand.
