What parts of the property are accessible to retreat guests?

Retreat guests have access to all shared spaces across the finca, allowing them to fully experience the openness and beauty of the property. This includes the subtropical gardens, yoga shalas, heated saltwater pool, sauna, community areas, and the historic chapel. All outdoor areas are open to enjoy, creating a sense of freedom and connection throughout the space. Only the private terraces of individual apartments remain reserved for the respective guests staying in them, ensuring both community and personal retreat.

The following conditions apply to all bookings: Deposit to confirm reservation: A 25% deposit of the total amount is due at the time of booking. This deposit secures the reservation. Payment 60 days before arrival: A further 25% of the total amount must be paid no later than 60 days prior to arrival. Until this date, free cancellation is possible. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded. Final payment: The remaining 50% of the total amount is due immediately before arrival.
