Austrian Tao is a 3 night Ayahuasca retreat in the Austrian mountains, designed as a journey back to nature, to your origins and ultimately to your true self. Surrounded by mountains, forests and the quiet power of nature, the retreat offers an opportunity to step away from the noise and routines of everyday life and create space for deeper self exploration. The retreat includes three guided Ayahuasca ceremonies, each forming a different stage of the journey. 🌙 Night 1 | Arrival & Inner Journey The first night is about arriving, getting to know each other, building trust and gradually leaving the familiar filters of everyday life behind. Through conscious preparation, meditation and the ceremony itself, space opens for a deeper journey within. 🌌 Night 2 | Deepening & Self Exploration The second night goes deeper into personal patterns, conditioning and old structures. It can provide an opportunity to look at inherited beliefs, family patterns and aspects of your personal history from a different perspective. ✨ Night 3 | Integration & Reconnection The final night focuses on reflection, integration and shamanic journeying into the infinite field of possibilities. It is an invitation to explore a deeper sense of connection with nature, your origins and the source of your own being. Between the ceremonies, the retreat includes time for nature, meditation, reflection, personal conversations, group exchange, fresh vegetarian and vegan meals, relaxation and community. Integration is an important part of the experience, helping you reflect on what you have experienced and consider how it may relate to your everyday life. Austrian Tao is also about enjoyment and celebrating life. We do not see spirituality as a rejection of the material world or the pleasures of being human. Good food, music, laughter, nature, connection and moments of celebration all have their place. For us, true enjoyment can arise through non attachment: experiencing fully without needing to possess or hold on. Itinerary

The retreat location is approximately 1–2 hours from Salzburg, depending on traffic. The exact location and travel directions will be shared with participants before the retreat. Day 1 | Arrival 17:00–19:00 Check-in, personal welcome, getting to know the team and other participants, settling in and preparing for the retreat. Day 2 | Deepening Breakfast, time for nature and personal reflection, group exchange and integration, followed by the evening program and second guided Ayahuasca ceremony. Day 3 | Exploration & Integration Breakfast, integration, reflection, time in nature and personal exchange, followed by the third guided Ayahuasca ceremony. Day 4 | Closing Breakfast, final integration and closing conversation. 12:00 | Check-out & departure 🌿
