This is a unique retreat held in one of the most energetically charged places on Earth: the Azorean island of São Miguel. It combines deep immersion in nature, through crater lakes, thermal waters, and ancient forests, with an introduction to how Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology may be exactly the tools you need to understand why certain phases of life feel heavier than others, why some environments support you while others do not, why certain patterns keep repeating… and, most importantly, what you can actually do about it. All presented in a precise, grounded, and deeply practical way, with real-life application. But that is not all. Every detail of this retreat has been thoughtfully curated for you to feel deeply nurtured and supported. Everything is intentional, attentive, and personal. The retreat will take place in a beautiful boutique villa quinta in the heart of the island, with a maximum of just 8 participants. We will also take you to carefully selected restaurants and hidden gems across the island. There will be moments for grounding through yoga, opportunities to experience the island, time to connect, rest, and simply be. A signature massage dedicated to inner discovery will help release tension and energetic blockages, while the sauna and pool invite you to fully unwind, soften, and let go.

Azores Reset Retreat — Suggested Itinerary Sunday — Arrival & Welcome to São Miguel Your journey begins with arrival in Ponta Delgada, where you will be welcomed and transferred to our Boutique Villa quinta in the heart of São Miguel. After settling in, we gather for tea, homemade Azorean cake, and a gentle welcome circle to connect and ease into the slower rhythm of island life. In the late afternoon, we head out for a scenic drive through the breathtaking landscapes of Sete Cidades, followed by a grounding walk immersed in nature. As evening falls, we share our first dinner together onsite. Throughout the retreat, the sauna and pool remain available at all times for moments of deep rest, restoration, and quiet integration. Monday — Grounding & Inner Alignment The day begins softly with a gentle Nature Flow practice designed to ground the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with yourself. After breakfast, we open our first Feng Shui immersion session, exploring how our environments influence emotional wellbeing, energy, and life patterns. The afternoon invites spaciousness and restoration, with free time, optional massages, and moments to unwind by the pool or sauna before our second Feng Shui class of the day. Dinner is shared at Pico do Refúgio, where Chef Pedro Oliveira brings a carefully crafted farm-to-table culinary experience inspired by local ingredients and Azorean tradition. Tuesday — Volcanic Waters & Deep Transformation After breakfast, we depart toward the magnificent Salto do Cabrito trail, immersing ourselves in São Miguel’s raw volcanic beauty. We continue to the lush thermal springs of Caldeira Velha, where warm mineral waters surrounded by ancient forest invite deep relaxation and energetic renewal. Lunch is enjoyed at Pico do Refúgio before an afternoon of free time, Feng Shui sessions, optional massages, and quiet moments for integration. Dinner is served at Pico do Refúgio. Wednesday — Tea Rituals & Spaciousness The morning begins with Nature Flow, followed by breakfast and another Feng Shui immersion session. The afternoon is intentionally spacious, allowing time for rest, sauna rituals, massage treatments, or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat house before departing to the historic Gorreana Tea Plantation for a guided visit and tea tasting experience. In the evening, we dine at O Calheta, a beloved local restaurant overlooking the sea, known for its fresh fish, relaxed atmosphere, and authentic island character. Thursday — Furnas & Elemental Power Today we journey to Furnas, one of the island’s most energetically powerful regions. Following our morning Feng Shui session, we travel into the volcanic heart of São Miguel for a traditional Furnas cozido lunch at Tony’s — the island’s most iconic expression of geothermal cooking, slowly prepared underground using volcanic heat. The afternoon includes a stop at the breathtaking Lagoa do Fogo viewpoint, offering moments of stillness, contemplation, and connection with the island’s elemental energy. Upon returning to the retreat house, massages, sauna rituals, and the pool await for deep restoration. Dinner is shared together at Pico do Refúgio with Chef Pedro Oliveira and Sous-chef Ruben Pereira. Friday — Integration & Chinese Astrology The day begins with Nature Flow followed by breakfast and an extended Feng Shui immersion. Today we move into a deeper integration session combining Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology, exploring personal cycles, energetic patterns, and practical tools for alignment and long lasting transformation. The evening remains open for massage treatments, sauna sessions, quiet reflection, or simply relaxing by the pool before another intimate dinner at Pico do Refúgio. Saturday — Renewal at Terra Nostra After breakfast and our final Chinese Astrology session, we depart toward the legendary Terra Nostra Gardens & Thermal Pool. There, you will have time to wander through botanical gardens, soak in geothermal waters, and absorb the healing atmosphere of Furnas at your own pace. After returning to Ponta Delgada, the afternoon is free to explore the city, rest at the retreat house, or enjoy one final slow moment by the pool or sauna. Our closing evening is celebrated with a farewell dinner at Taberna da Boa Vista, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean — a final gathering to honour the connections, insights, and transformations shared throughout the week. Sunday — Departure Enjoy a slow final morning before check-out and transfers to Ponta Delgada Airport or the city centre. You leave with practical tools, renewed clarity, deep rest, and a profound connection to both yourself and the powerful natural energy of São Miguel.
