All participants must travel there to meet on site. Silence, connection with the elements, and presence practices. Nov 21 – Day 3: Mount Sinai – Sunrise Salutations to the Sun of Isis. Night ascent, sunrise at the summit. Transmission of the frequency of Moses. Nov 22 – Day 4: Saint Catherine & Return from Sinai Songs of Mary by Alexandra. Return to Saint Catherine’s Monastery.
