Greek Island Yoga and Sailing Retreat
This 5-day sailing retreat invites you to unplug and let the Ionian Sea and daily yoga bring you back to yourself. Aboard a traditional wooden yacht with spacious decks and comfortable cabins, guests move through mornings of Vinyasa yoga and evenings of Yin, punctuated by a healing sound bath under open skies. Days are spent exploring secluded islands, historic harbours, and coastal villages, with fresh, homemade meals and the chance to try local cuisine ashore. Between snorkelling, canoeing, and paddle boarding, there's plenty of room to slow down, connect with a supportive community of women, and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and truly at home in yourself again.

Helen L- Jun 26-30, 2026- Greek Island Sailing Retreat Thank you Stacey for another wonderful trip! 😊 I loved the onboard sunrise & sunset yoga with island hopping swims around the Greek islands ~ it was simply the best few days to relax & recharge. Wonderful crew & food & a lovely & fun group of ladies 👯👯 Victoria S- Jun 26-30, 2026- Greek Island Sailing Retreat OhSo Yoga Retreat is truly something OhSo special. Island hopping around the stunning Greek islands aboard a beautiful traditional wooden schooner was unforgettable. Stacey ensured that very day flowed perfectly with an energising mix of Vinyasa and deeply restorative Yin yoga. The sunrise sound baths were magical, helping me embrace the energy of each new day, while swimming in the sea under the full moon soothed my soul in a way I’ll carry with me long after returning home. The healthy, delicious food was incredible, and by the end of the retreat, we weren’t just a group of solo women yogis —we’d become yoga soul sisters, bonded through breath, movement, laughter, and shared experiences. I will return home feeling stronger, calmer, and with friendships I’ll treasure forever. Thank you, Stacey, for creating such a beautiful experience. Namaste Victoria. see you next year beautiful lady xxx Gemma S - Jun 26-30, 2026- Greek Island Sailing Retreat Amazing trip with amazing people on a wonderful boat in the most beautiful places.
