After-Hours Peace of Mind: Night Watchman on Site For anything after 9:00 PM, we have a dedicated night watchman on the property. While the main team is resting for the night, the watchman is on-site to maintain our secure, gated environment and assist if any unexpected urgent issues pop up after hours. The Essentials: There is no A​/​C, no TVs, and no hot water—the cooling Caribbean trade winds and refreshing showers are all part of the natural reset. Daily Power Outages: The entire island turns off its power grid daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Plan to charge your devices in the afternoon and evening. (Leave power-heavy items like hair dryers at home and embrace nature) Pack for the Tropics: Island weather is beautiful but unpredictable. Expect sudden, brief tropical showers alongside gorgeous sunshine and rainbows so bring a light rain jacket and a sense of adventure. Leave No Trace: Our ecosystem is fragile and remote. Cancellation & Transfer Policy Because we are a boutique venue with limited capacity, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy under any circumstances. However, we know life happens, so we offer a flexible transfer credit to ensure you don't lose your investment: No Refunds: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. 90-Day Notice for Transfers: If you need to change your plans, you must notify us at least 90 days prior to your start date. 12-Month Future Credit: With proper 90-day notice, your entire balance will be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from your original retreat date. You can use this credit to book and plan a future date with us. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or changes made less than 90 days before your arrival date are non-transferable, and the credit is forfeited. Pro-Tip: We highly recommend all guests purchase Travel Insurance (such as Allianz or World Nomads) that includes "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage to protect your trip against unexpected medical issues or travel disruptions.
