During your stay, you'll be welcomed into our home by me, Michelle Richardson, your host, and my wonderful husband, Pete, a talented musician who helps create the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere our guests love. From the moment you arrive, I will personally guide and coordinate your wellness journey, creating an individualised program tailored to your goals and needs. Each day may include professional lymphatic drainage massage treatments, a guided liver cleanse program, personalised gym sessions, Pilates, yoga, gentle stretching, and walks through our beautiful local nature trails, allowing you to relax, restore, and reconnect with yourself. Before your retreat, you'll be asked to complete a confidential health and lifestyle questionnaire. This allows me to understand your individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals so I can thoughtfully tailor your experience and ensure your stay is both comfortable and meaningful.

Deeply Relaxing, Truly Effective Michelle is genuinely in a league of her own. Her years of experience really show in how precise and intuitive her technique is. The session started on the Energy Bed, which creates this unique, almost otherworldly sense of deep relaxation before the massage even begins. The massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. By the time Michelle started the lymphatic drainage work, my body already felt open and receptive.
