Music & Medicine Retreat is an 11-day journey into the heart of the Sacred Valley of Peru a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, open your heart, and experience life in a completely different way. Together, we’ll spend 11 days surrounded by the mountains, nature, music, ceremony, sacred medicine, movement, inner work, and a beautiful group of people who are also ready to step outside of their everyday lives and explore something deeper. Music is a huge part of this journey. We’ll work with the voice, sound, rhythm, drumming, song circles, breathwork, and live medicine music. We’ll explore music not just as something we listen to, but as something we can feel, express, and experience as medicine. We’ll also journey with sacred plant medicines including Wachuma (San Pedro), Ayahuasca, and Kambo, held with intention, preparation, respect, and experienced guidance. There will be space for integration throughout the retreat, because the experience doesn’t end when the ceremony ends. And then there is Peru itself. The mountains, the land, the ancient traditions, the people, the food, the rivers, the Sacred Valley, and the energy of being somewhere that feels so different from our everyday world. We’ll also make our way to Machu Picchu, where we’ll spend time exploring this incredible sacred site before returning to Pisac for our final integration and closing circle. This is not a retreat where you have to arrive already knowing how to meditate, sing, work with ceremony, or have everything figured out. Come curious. Come open. Come exactly as you are. Maybe you’ve been feeling the call to do something different. Itinerary

Every day of this journey is a little different. We’ll move between music, sacred medicine, ceremonies, breathwork, workshops, nature, adventure, connection, and plenty of time to rest and just be. We’ll also make our way to Machu Picchu together, and then come back to Pisac for our final integration and closing circle.

What's Included

Your full 11-day retreat experience, including accommodation, breakfast and lunch, water, tea, coffee and juices, transportation during the retreat, all the workshops, music experiences, ceremonies, sacred medicine experiences, hikes and activities, and our journey to Machu Picchu. The train to Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu entrance, guided experience, hotel stay in Aguas Calientes, and transportation connected to the itinerary are also included. You’ll also have support and preparation information before the retreat to help you arrive feeling ready for the journey.

What's Not Included

Your flights to and from Cusco, transportation outside of the scheduled group shuttle, dinners, personal expenses, travel insurance, visa expenses if applicable, and anything you choose to do outside of the retreat itinerary. If you’d like to stay one extra night after the retreat, that can also be arranged for $80​/​night.

Food (if applicable)

Food is a big part of the experience too. We’ll be sharing delicious, homemade, traditional Peruvian food made with love and fresh local ingredients. Breakfast and lunch are included throughout the retreat, along with water, tea, coffee and fresh juices. We can accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences with advance notice, so please let us know what you need.

I’d make this a little warmer and clearer, while keeping the policy firm: Transfer & Cancellation Policy Your retreat spot can be transferred to another person, but bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. If an emergency comes up and you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to someone else. If a transfer is not possible and the booking needs to be cancelled due to an emergency, 30% of the total retreat investment will be retained as a non-refundable amount, and the remaining 67% will be refunded. Any transfer must be communicated to the retreat host in advance and the new participant must provide the required intake information.
