What's Not Included

Airfare to and from Florence Pertola airport, Italy Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to the nearest airport Transportation from the airport TBA destination in Florence. We will provide guidance and recommendations for reliable transport services, but transportation is not covered. Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance. We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection. Passport Fees & Travel Visas (if required) Guests must ensure their passports are valid for travel to Italy and handle any visa requirements individually. Personal Shopping, Souvenirs, phone calls laundry, or Additional Excursions. Any shopping trips, non-scheduled activities, or personal excursions are not included. Wine tastings are part of the retreat, but any additional alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately. Extra Spa Services (e.g., massage, facials, etc.) While the thermal bath day is included, optional massages or spa add-ons must be paid for by the guest. Any extra Tips & Gratuities for local guides, drivers, or service staff that you'd like to give them. (beyond what I am gifting them) Though not mandatory, tipping for exceptional service is appreciated and at the discretion of each guest. Meals outside of the retreat itinerary All scheduled meals are included, but food​/​drink during free time in town or during personal outings is not. Cell phone or international data usage fees Guests are responsible for their own communication costs while abroad. Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes. if applicable.

How to get there (if applicable)

Fly to Florence Pertola airport. We are planning to arrive a few days early sept. 18th and we will take a van to Punta Ala and back to Florence. On Sept. 27th if you choose you can go back and fly out of the airport that evening or come with us on a train to Rome and fly back on Sept. 30th.

✧ Cancellation Policy The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable and reserves your spot. If you cancel before June 10th, any monies given over $1000.00 are refundable. If cancellation is made on or after June 10, 2025, no refunds will be given. Balance due is July 10th, 2025 We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
