Redefining Midlife for Women- 4 day Solo Coaching Intensive

Redefining Midlife for Women- 4 day Solo Coaching Intensive

This is a 4-day private intensive coaching retreat in Oregon's Willamette Valley for women navigating midlife transitions. Whether you're facing empty nest, career shifts, divorce, identity changes, aging parents, or simply feeling like this isn't the life you imagined, this retreat helps you clarify what's next and step into it with confidence. You'll work one-on-one with two expert coaches who specialize in helping women get unstuck and move forward. Four days of intensive daily coaching using interactive exercises, deep listening, and creative methods that accomplish more personal development than months of weekly therapy sessions. This isn't about fixing problems or managing midlife. This is about redefining what midlife means for you, releasing old patterns that no longer serve you, and designing the next chapter on your terms. You'll leave with clarity about what you actually want, practical action steps, and renewed confidence in yourself. You're in midlife and something feels off. Maybe your kids are grown and you don't know who you are beyond "mom." Maybe your career no longer fulfills you but you're terrified to change. Maybe your marriage ended and you're rebuilding from scratch. Maybe you're successful by everyone else's standards but feel empty inside. You know you're meant for more but you're stuck. You've read the books, tried the self-help strategies, maybe even done therapy. Still, you can't seem to move forward. You need someone to help you see what you can't see yourself, to challenge your limiting beliefs, and to guide you through creating real, sustainable change. Four intensive days to get unstuck, gain clarity, and step into the next phase of your life with purpose and confidence.

Itinerary

This 4-day intensive coaching retreat is structured to create maximum transformation in focused time. Here's how it typically unfolds. Day One: Getting Clear You arrive in McMinnville's beautiful Willamette Valley setting and meet Susan and Sandy in the afternoon for a welcome drink. First session begins with understanding where you are now and what brought you here. They ask questions that cut through surface answers to what's really happening underneath. You begin articulating what you haven't been able to say clearly before. What feels wrong. What you're afraid of. What you secretly want but haven't admitted. Susan and Sandy create such safety that you find yourself being honest in ways you haven't been, even with yourself. Day Two: Uncovering Patterns Second day dives into what's keeping you stuck. Through systemic work, you start seeing the family patterns, cultural conditioning, beliefs you inherited that aren't actually yours. The "should" messages running your life. The limiting beliefs creating barriers. Interactive exercises help you feel these patterns in your body, not just understand them intellectually. You might do creative exercises, movement work, or experiential activities that reveal what talking alone can't access. Breakthroughs happen because you're experiencing concepts differently. Afternoon brings health and wellness time. A one hour massage, a walk through vineyards, gentle movement, breathing exercises. Space to integrate what's emerging before early evening session continues the work. Day Three: Designing What's Next With clarity on what's been holding you back, day three focuses on what you actually want. Not what you should want, what you genuinely desire for this next chapter. Susan and Sandy guide you through exercises that help you envision your future beyond limiting beliefs and fears. You design your next chapter based on your values, not others' expectations. What matters to you now? What lights you up? What would make you feel alive again? The coaches help you get specific, concrete, and realistic while still honoring what feels scary or impossible. Day Four: Creating Action Steps Final day translates insights into action. You create a practical roadmap for moving forward. Susan and Sandy help you identify first steps, anticipate obstacles, plan for when motivation wanes. You leave with clear direction and tools for sustaining momentum. Closing session includes reflection on what shifted during these four days. Many women report feeling lighter, clearer, more hopeful than they have in years. Not because problems are solved, but because they finally see a path forward and trust themselves to walk it.

Past Reviews (optional)

Anonymous Thank You for Your Unique Abilities and Guidance I was stuck in a place where I felt depleted and unable to pull out and restart my life. I had been experiencing several years of very stressful and life-changing events and had lost my center and direction. I wanted to reboot and start a new beginning in my life. I like the one-on-two coaching approach. I realise now that I needed that, as I feel most people deserve as well. Susan and Sandy were offering guidance and a deeper process that could uncover the true experiences of one's life events, experiences and accomplishments that help one see who and what they are in very significant ways. It helped me discover the importance of my life history and how I am much more than I imagined. That I am up to doing more and moving forward with confidence and strength, I can do this. It was affirming of all the things I have overcome and conquered throughout my life. It was important for me to recognize and take credit for successfully overcoming obstacles, and my inner gumption has served me well and kept me from giving up. Never giving up! I can actually stand back and realize that it is okay for me to accept and take credit for so much I have managed to take on and take care of for myself and for my family. We all have challenges in life. It was never going to be a cakewalk. But when the going gets tough, the tough keep on. If you do reach a point of being stuck or stuck and need direction and strength to find a new way to dig your way out, this is a good place to discover what you have and how you can make a new beginning. Only you can do it for yourself. Review of Coaching to Connection by GG The Transition and Retirement Retreat was enlightening and incredibly helpful in giving me direction and focus for my future. This was a perfectly packed program with much more than the expected outcome! I had a great experience and I feel as though I have a plan moving forward, where I can fulfill a dream vs just retire to languish. Susan and Sandy are gifted facilitators, and you can tell how much they love their work. I highly recommend them.
