TERMS AND CONDITIONS -A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking -Final numbers and dietary requirements needed 14 days before retreat -Balance payment due within 10 working days of retreat completion -Cancellation fees apply as follows: -More than 30 days notice: Full deposit refund -15-30 days notice: 50% deposit refund -Less than 15 days notice: Deposit non-refundable
