Nourishment for Body and Soul Every meal at Seven by the Sea is an experience in itself—carefully crafted to support your transformation, energy, and digestion. You'll enjoy three gourmet meals daily, plus nourishing snacks and herbal teas available throughout the day. All food is made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients to bring harmony to body and mind. Expect vibrant plant-based dishes, seasonal tropical fruits, healing broths, grounding grains, and spices intentionally chosen to balance your unique constitution. From light and energizing breakfasts to soul-warming dinners under the stars, every bite is made with love and purpose. We gladly accommodate dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan needs. Simply let us know in advance, and our culinary team will ensure you feel nourished and supported throughout your stay. Food is medicine here—and you’ll taste the difference.

How to get there (if applicable)

We privately charter flights from SJO to our landing strip near Imiloa to cut the travel time from 4 hours in the car, to 20 minutes by plane. It’s a wonderful way to arrive. Please book your international flight to San Jose International Airport (Airport code; SJO). All retreat participants and hosts need to be at SJO domestic terminal at 08:45AM. The charter flight will depart at 9:30AM. Arrival to Imiloa is approx. at 11:30am. If you arrive to San Jose airport the same day as your retreat begins please arrive by 7:00AM or earlier.
