The Strength Recovery Clinic : 3 Day Intensive Retreat (France) Most people living with chronic pain, fatigue, or ongoing health issues are given short appointments, generic advice, and symptom-based care that never truly addresses the root cause. Over three days, you will step away from daily life and into a focused, clinically-led environment where your body, movement, and health are assessed and addressed in depth. No waiting rooms. No rushed sessions. No generic plans. Instead, you’ll receive dedicated 1:1 osteopathic treatment, personalised movement coaching, and clear, practical education in functional medicine, all within a private château in rural France designed for genuine recovery. This is not a typical wellness retreat. It is a clinical reset, giving you both hands-on treatment and the understanding needed to take control of your health long-term.

The chateau is located in La Ferriere-en-Parthenay, Deux-Sevres (79), in rural western France. Nearest airports: Poitiers-Biard Airport (POI): approximately 40 minutes by car. Direct flights from London available. Nantes Atlantique Airport (NTE): approximately 1.5 hours by car. Bordeaux-Merignac Airport (BOD): approximately 2 hours by car. From London: The easiest route is a direct flight to Poitiers followed by a short car hire or taxi transfer to the chateau. Car hire is recommended for flexibility during the retreat as the property is rural. Detailed transfer instructions and local taxi contacts are provided upon booking confirmation.
