The property includes 12 two-bedroom apartments, each with a king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and a designated bathroom located in the hallway, plus a kitchenette, dining area, living space, air conditioning, and a private balcony with jungle, town, or ocean views depending on the floor. There are also 2 one-bedroom apartments with a king bedroom and private bath. The rooftop pool and lounge offer panoramic views and serve as an ideal space for yoga, meditation, workshops, or sunset gatherings, while the fully equipped gym is perfect for movement or training sessions. When booked as a full-building retreat, guests have exclusive access to all 14 apartments (12 two-bedroom and 2 one-bedroom), the rooftop pool and lounge area, the on-site gym, and all common areas throughout the building. Your group enjoys complete privacy—no other guests on the property during the retreat.

Any special instructions for the retreat guests to be aware of?

El Cielo is located on a hillside, so we highly recommend renting golf carts to make moving around town easier and more comfortable for the group—this is a service we can arrange in advance. Because we are in a peaceful residential area, we ask that groups keep noise levels moderate, especially after 10 p.m. Outside vendors such as private chefs, yoga instructors, or massage therapists are welcome with prior coordination. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the buildong.

90-Day Cancellation Policy (Full Building Rental) Because the retreat booking reserves the entire 14-unit building, cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, as we are unable to rebook the property on such short notice. Date changes may be considered once, based on availability, but are not guaranteed.
