Other Cancellation Policy (refer this if "Other" is chosen in Cancellation & Refund Policy section)

If the dates are canceled up to 90 days before the start date we will refund the deposit minus 50 euros for office expenses. If the dates are canceled 89 to 31 days before the start date the deposit will be retained in full. If the dates are canceled 30 days or less from the start date, in addition to the deposit paid, a penalty equal to 20% of the total cost of the entire stay will be due
