She blends a variety of techniques in her teachings​,​ including pranayama​,​ meditation​,​ intuitive movement​,​ Reiki​,​ and mindfulness​,​ to foster holistic well-being. Lisa offers a diverse range of mindfulness and movement practices​,​ including Hatha​,​ Vinyasa​,​ Yin yoga​,​ Yoga Nidra​,​ Pilates​,​ and Barre. An artist at heart​,​ Lisa finds joy in creativity through movement and self-expression as both a visual artist and a writer.
