Originally from Toronto and now based in Montreal, Lisa is a community leader, yoga and fitness instructor, artist, and Reiki Master healer. For Lisa, yoga and meditative movement practices are more than just exercise—they are pathways to spiritual connection. She blends a variety of techniques in her teachings, including pranayama, meditation, intuitive movement, Reiki, and mindfulness, to foster holistic well-being. Lisa offers a diverse range of mindfulness and movement practices, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, and Barre. An artist at heart, Lisa finds joy in creativity through movement and self-expression as both a visual artist and a writer. She believes that dance, yoga, creativity, and fitness are deeply interconnected, offering a way to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves.
