I've been fortunate to pursue my passions from a young age. Curiosity and deep ties to the natural world was instilled in me from a young age. My career has spanned three different distinct areas: media & storytelling​,​ culinary & non-alcoholic beverages and facilitating men's healing and transformation. As I continue to lean into walking the narrow path in life​,​ I am continually exploring with curiosity the intersection of sustenance​,​ stillness and cultivating understanding. I love digging in. It's hard to make me uncomfortable.
