Illi Adato is an innovator in the Constellations field​,​ having researched and developed several new techniques for applying Systemic Constellations​,​ including Hypno-Constellations™ and Distant-Healing Constellations. These methods offer simple ways to harness resources that are often unseen and support personal strength​,​ resilience and growth. He is a personal and group facilitator of Systemic Constellations and as the founder and Managing Director of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations teaches the method to students from all over the globe. The Constellations method offers a unique and deep process of therapeutic exploration of the forces that move us or block our movement in life. Such forces are reflected through difficulties in relationships​,​ career​,​ health​,​ or even financial circumstances. The method provides a three-dimensional systemic ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is used as a major resource in working through trauma and can assist in depression treatment and other behavioral challenges. What Are Systemic & Family Constellations? It is a simple yet powerful way to identify entanglements and blockages in one’s life and in one’s family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and present ways for deep healing processes to occur. What happens in a Constellations session? In Constellations work​,​ a ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘issue holder’. The method uses workshop participants as ‘representatives’ to stand-in for key people in the client’s life​,​ such as family members​,​ ancestors​,​ partners or ex-partners​,​ colleagues etc. Sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion​,​ country of origin​,​ religion​,​ or ‘destiny’ are also represented in the process. Each workshop offers a limited number of Issue Holders a chance to work while all other participants are invited to take part as Representatives. Workshop participants often report experiencing profound insights into their own lives by representing or even by simply witnessing the process.
