My journey into yoga and healing service was one gifted to me, long before i was aware of it I was born in Angola mixed with a Portuguese background. I grew up with a natural sensitivity to the unseen, able to perceive people’s auras, spirits, and energetic fields from an early age. In 2020, during a time when resurfaced trauma memories left me feeling lost and suicidal, I found Yoga. Through its practice, I experienced a profound transformation that helped me reconnect to life. My love for Yoga’s profound healing power inspired me to become a Yoga teacher so I could keep sharing its light with others. In 2022, I travelled to Rishikesh, India, where I completed a 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Hatha, Yin & Ashtanga, along with breathwork & meditation practices. In this path, I have discovered and activated a deep remembrance of who I am beyond the trauma & ‘what happened to me’. As I released the energetic weight held in my body and subconscious, I reconnected with the sensitivity, awareness, and intuition that had always been there beneath the fog. That’s when my mediumship reawakened, allowing me to reconnect with seeing auras, feeling deeper energetic frequencies, and communicating with my guides and ancestors. In 2021, I felt called to complete a Level 1 & 2 Reiki Healing Certificate, which naturally evolved into Quantum Healing Energy Work guided by Ancestral Toltec & African Indigenous practices, supported by self-development practices as well as Plant Medicine healing. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed and nervous system-regulating care, shaped by my training in Trauma-Informed Care for Coaches Certification. Weaving together science and spirit, the somatic and the mystical, creating a grounded yet expansive space for healing, remembrance and clearing of our ancestral karma & lineage. . In this path, I hold space for your transformation. You’re already aligning with the energy of your higher self. I am here to help you remember & ground that frequency into your being. This is the energy I vibrate and move with. My practice invites alignment, awakening, and flow through your process. So that we may remember the love we truly are beyond our current limitations.
