My name is Eveline Phillomena Zwikker​,​ and I am a Transformational Coach​,​ Retreat Facilitator​,​ and Retreat Coordinator & Support Specialist based in the Netherlands. My passion lies in creating retreat experiences that feel both deeply supportive and beautifully organized. After co-creating and facilitating transformational retreats​,​ including a retreat on the beautiful island of São Miguel in the Azores​,​ I discovered how much I enjoy supporting retreat leaders behind the scenes and helping their vision come to life. I understand that leading a retreat requires wearing many hats at once. Facilitators are often holding space for participants​,​ guiding transformational experiences​,​ managing group dynamics​,​ and overseeing countless practical details. My role is to provide grounded​,​ heart-centered support so retreat leaders can focus on what they do best. I bring a unique combination of organizational skills​,​ emotional intelligence​,​ participant care​,​ and intuitive awareness. Whether supporting participant communication​,​ retreat logistics​,​ retreat flow​,​ onboarding​,​ or guest experience​,​ I help create an environment where both facilitators and participants feel supported throughout the journey. My approach combines professionalism with warmth​,​ structure with flexibility​,​ and practical support with genuine human connection. I am available for remote retreat support worldwide and selective on-site support within Europe
