Raised across cultures and shaped by a lifelong fascination with the deeper dimensions of human experience​,​ Jennifer spent many years working within the creative world before dedicating herself fully to the study of consciousness​,​ embodiment and transformation. For more than twenty years she has explored wisdom traditions​,​ ceremonial practices​,​ nature-based learning and direct apprenticeship with teachers and elders from different parts of the world. Her work today integrates life force cultivation​,​ nervous system renewal​,​ embodied awareness​,​ ritual​,​ nature immersion and contemporary understandings of human potential. Rather than teaching a belief system​,​ Jennifer creates experiences that allow participants to access deeper states of presence​,​ vitality and self-trust through direct experience.
