As a senior corporate communications leader in multinational organisations in Europe and the Middle East​,​ I’ve spent more than two decades inside the rooms where business decisions are made. I know that communication is the difference between ‘a leader’ and ‘a great leader’​,​ and I have advised countless senior executives on how they can connect with and motivate their teams and stakeholders in a more effective​,​ authentic way. I’ve guided people and teams through speeches and presentations​,​ change and transformation​,​ good and bad news. And today I run a successful coaching business​,​ helping people around the world communicate better in professional environments. Four years ago​,​ I achieved my CELTA and TEFL qualifications​,​ enabling me to understand and tackle the specific challenges faced by professionals speaking English as a second language while building their careers in global organisations.
