The menu focuses primarily on wholesome, plant-based cuisine, inspired by local Balinese ingredients and seasonal produce. Meals are balanced, flavorful, and prepared with care to complement your meditation practice and inner work. We emphasize foods that are grounding, energizing, and easy to digest, allowing you to feel light yet sustained throughout the day. Dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options can be accommodated with advance notice. Nusa Ceningan is a small island southeast of Bali, accessible by a 30-minute boat ride from Sanur. The retreat is on the cliffs of Nusa Ceningan, overlooking Nusa Penida. Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 47 miles away, with transfers arranged for participants. Located on the peaceful island of Nusa Ceningan, this retreat unfolds in a serene tropical setting surrounded by ocean air, lush greenery, and a slower island rhythm.
