What’s Not Included: To keep the retreat experience focused and intentional, the following items are not included in the retreat package: round-trip airfare to Kauai, transportation to and from the retreat house, travel insurance or medical coverage, meals or activities outside the scheduled itinerary, and any personal purchases or excursions not listed in the program. We recommend arriving with travel insurance for peace of mind and budgeting for optional free time explorations if desired. All core retreat offerings are fully covered—everything else is up to your flow.

Guests are welcome to cook or assemble their own meal in a relaxed, communal atmosphere. Lunch will be provided as a convenient boxed meal—typically a sandwich or wrap sourced from a local provider—perfect for our nature excursions and sacred site visits. Dinner invites a return to ancient Lemurian traditions, where cooking and sharing food was a communal act of harmony. Guests will co-create the evening meal together, with men and women preparing side by side in a spirit of balance and joy. Ingredients will be provided, and the space will be held with warmth and intention. All meals are vegetarian-friendly and curated to support energetic integration.
