My name is Eveline Phillomena Zwikker, and I am a Transformational Coach, Retreat Coordinator, and Retreat Support Specialist based in the Netherlands. After co-creating and hosting a transformational retreat on the beautiful island of São Miguel in the Azores, I discovered how much I enjoy the organizational and supportive side of retreat leadership. Seeing a retreat vision come to life and helping create a seamless experience for both facilitators and participants is something I genuinely love. I have recently expanded my work through Heart Essence Coaching to include retreat support services for retreat leaders and facilitators who would like additional support with participant care, retreat coordination, communication, logistics, and retreat flow. I especially enjoy supporting visionary retreat leaders who are passionate about creating transformational experiences but would welcome an extra pair of hands to help bring their vision into grounded reality. I look forward to connecting, learning from this community, and supporting retreat leaders in creating meaningful retreat experiences.
