They let you feel yourself intensely in the moment, calmness enters your entire body, truth can be felt, no judgement or expectations, just pure love and therefor clarity for you. The purity of this hidden place in the north-west of Iceland invites you to a transformational journey where you experience the magic which has been with you all along - and which will stay with you on your walk through life. These 4 days are filled with openness, gentleness, understanding, creativity and joy - feeling wild and free again. As well we gonna visit a black beach for a barefoot walk to the troll and a waterfall to just listen to and let the mind wonder. We will stay at a cozy hotel next to the farm, watching the sun rising and setting in this beautiful untouched nature. We will be a small group of 9 people and some surprises are waiting as well. Itinerary

Day 1 - Connecting with the Spirit of Iceland Future society requires more creativity, collaboration, innovation and the bravery for self-expression. This things have to be cultivated through compassion, openness and trust - and need to be felt from within. This coaching will open up a new path.. Arrive, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through the powerful energy of Iceland’s nature. By grounding in the land’s unique spirit, you begin to release mental noise and open space for clarity, presence, and inner guidance. Day 2 - Horses, Constellation Work & Personal Insight Through mindful interaction with Icelandic horses and constellation work, we explore personal patterns, relationships, and hidden dynamics. Supported by astrology and Human Design, this day brings deeper self-understanding and authentic alignment. Day 3 - Emotional Expression, Art & Visioning Experience emotions through creative expression. Guided by the intuitive presence of Icelandic horses, we open space for visioning, allowing transformation, truth, and new possibilities to emerge from within. Day 4 - Somatic Integration The final day is dedicated to embodiment and integration. Through somatic practices, insights are anchored deeply into body and mind, creating lasting change and supporting you in carrying your truth confidently into everyday life.
