Camino del Sol: 5-Day Coastal Walking Adults Adventure

Five days. 66 kilometres. Three days on foot. One journey along the Mediterranean coast of southern Spain. The Camino del Sol is a small-group adults' walking adventure from Málaga to Marbella, following the Costa del Sol through seaside towns, coastal paths and some of southern Spain's most recognisable landscapes. You'll completely get out of your usual routine to move your body, meet like-minded people, and immerse yourself into the experience. You'll spend three days walking together, stopping along the way for good coffee, food and time to take in the places you're passing through. Each day brings a new destination, a different stretch of coastline and the satisfaction of arriving somewhere under your own steam. This isn't a race, and you don't need to be an experienced long-distance walker. You do need to enjoy being active and be comfortable taking on several hours of walking each day. The challenge is real, but the pace is about enjoying the journey together. You'll be led throughout by brothers Alex and Nenad, the founders of Maverick Adventures. They'll walk the route with you, take care of the experience and make sure you're part of the group from the moment you arrive. Away from the trail, you'll stay in comfortable four-star and above hotels, with your own private room and bathroom. There'll be time to enjoy the towns, share meals and relax after each walking day. Come on your own, with a partner or with a friend. Many Mavericks join solo, and the small group makes it easy to get to know one another along the way.
