Itinerary

Each morning of the retreat waking with the sun and bird song, we’ll gather to meditate and welcome in the day listening to the voice of creation and singing our prayers to the one. ❤️ Breakfast will be at HIVE with fresh smoothie bowls, farm-picked local fruits, healthy proteins and morning elixirs to energize and awaken your body to thrive. 🌎 Morning movement will range from jungle hikes, ocean swims, yoga, or dance followed by a build-your-own farm-to-table salad wrap or bowl with assortments of gourmet sauces and healthy proteins--some days we’ll take to have a picnic in the field. ❤️ Afternoons will be focused on group time in nature doing dynamic somatic and ecotherapy practices that activate themes of personal and collective transformation, healing, and manifestation ~ dancing the prayers on the earth. These deep dives will be followed with free time to nap, journal, receive bodywork, and allow your being to integrate the insights and breakthroughs of the day. 🌎 Evenings we will have sit-down dinners followed by community circles or events focused on ritual, creative expression, and harvesting the wisdom channeling through each group member as threads weaving together a collective dream. ❤️ The retreat includes “Thanksgiving Holiday” during which time we will go to the Volcano to make offerings of the prayers we’ve cultivated together, and give them with our gratitude and reverence to trust in the letting go of fears and doubts and open up to guidance from the mystery for how we can be in service to a more peaceful, unified life moving forward. 🌎 We will be listening to the ebb and flow of weather patterns and group energies to allow each day’s schedule to unfold in alignment with nature, balancing powerful group time with sacred moments to be with yourself. ❤️ You’ll leave Earth Heart Revival more in love with your life, more hopeful about the future, and more bonded to a group of soul family ready to remind each other of the sacredness we are… 🌎

Lunch will be build-your-own farm-to-table salad wrap or bowl with assortments of gourmet sauces and healthy proteins--some days we’ll take to have a picnic in the field. Dinner (including a 4-course healthy Thanksgiving!) will be a nourishing sit-down meal featuring seasonal entrées prepared with love offering a time to restore and replenish while inviting us to slow down, savor, and connect as the day comes to a close.

Fly into Hilo International Airport (ITO) or get yourself to Hilo for the start of the event (KOA is also on Big Island, and often has better airfare but you'll need to arrange a way to get from Kona day-of and there is a free shuttle)
